A brand new Sistas Felas Fashion Collection now at Edgars stores
Freedom to combine vibrant colours, elegant aesthetic, playing with the imagination to craft looks that inspire every woman to own their power, such is embedded in the new collection designed by Makhosi Ntshangase of Sistas Felas Durban Fashion Label.
The Sistas Felas spring collection is currently available in Gateway Shopping center and is set to hit other Edgars Store rails this September 2022.
Following the fashion label’s success with its first Edgars store availability in Sandton City, Sistas Felas has stocked up the shelves at Edgars Gateway Mall (Durban) and will soon also be available at Edgars in Pavilion Mall (Durban), Mall of Africa (Johannesburg), Menlyn main (Pretoria)and Canal walk (Cape town).
“ We are excited and grateful for the opportunity to partner with Edgars as a young label with big dreams. This is our second installment of the contract with Edgars. Our roll-out will happen gradually with Sistas Felas attainable in multiple provinces by the end of this year.
In October our footprint will spread wide and reach consumers in Menlyn Main and Mall of Africa, both in the Gauteng province followed by Sandton Mall (Johannesburg) as well as Canal Wall (Cape town)in October”, says Ntshangase.
Being the women’s month, Sistas Felas has set its sights on celebrating the Power of all women through its designs that reflect the boldness, inspiring, nurturing and the fabulous woman within.
“Our new collection was created out of beautiful gold and floral fabrics to welcome the spring season. We used vibrant colours that define well and complements all skin tones. When I create each garment, I visualize the person and the emotions I want the person to feel when wearing a Sistas Felas creation” explains Ntshangase.
The collection is fresh, ingenious and elegant, packed to fit all shapes and sizes. Sistas Felas is for anyone that loves sparkles and those reluctant to dazzle in the shine, will definitely fall in love with the glitz and glam of the garments.

The Edgars collaboration has allowed us to write our fashion story and grow beyond our imagination” adds, Ntshangase.
Sistas Felas is currently nominated in the 6th Annual Gagasi FM Shero Awards which will take place on the 28th of August 2022.
Winning the Durban Fashion Fair Rising Star award back in 2019 set Sistas Felas’ journey in motion opening doors to a world of possibilities, supported by Durban Fashion Fair, Uzalo (SABC Telenovela), Durban Tourism, Ray Nkonyeni Municipality and The Real Housewives of Durban season 1 to name a few.
