Vusi Afrika teases new kwaito film Surviving Gaza set for 2022
Following the huge success of his debut feature Letters of Hope, award winning director Vusi Africa releases a teaser for his upcoming film titled Surviving Gaza set to be released 2022.
Surviving Gaza features a star-studded cast filled with amazing young talent including Aphiwe Mkefe, MonD Motadi, Ayanda Daweti, Samke Makhoba, Mpho Molepo, Otto Nobela, Shoki Mmola, Ndiyathemba Modibedi,Luxolo Ndabeni, Sophie Kabini, Mawaza Kabini, Indalo Stofile and introducing the talented Botlhale Mahlangu.
This film is incredibly on-brand for Vusi who has always been passionate about the local film industry and providing a space for young talent to be seen on a much larger scale.
Vusi debuted his feature, Letters of Hope in competition at the 40th Durban International Film Festival where it won the award for Artist Bravery.
The film went on to open the 5th Edition of the South African International Film Festival where it was nominated for Best South African Feature Film, Best Screenplay and Best Supporting Actor.
Since the release of his feature film Letters of Hope Vusi Africa’s star continues to shine bright as the world takes notice of his incredible film talents.
If his debut feature is anything to go by a lot can be expected from Vusi as he gears up to release Surviving Gaza in 2022 another trilling film under his company Trial by Media Film.
